I have always dealt with Kim at Ian Burgess-Simpson Pianos - from buying our piano to thereafter servicing or fixing niggles on it. I cannot recommend the team highly enough. They are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely prompt and efficient. A pleasure to deal with every single time.

This company sets a sound example of what excellent customer service and experience should be. Alison, Lee, Lynn, Oscar and team were a pleasure to deal with. Service and attitude like this is very rare in this day and age; that when one receives such impeccable service, it feels like you were given a gift the best feeling ever! They took great care in moving the piano and was knowledgeable and able to give me advice. Email responses were swift, professional and efficient. Telephonic conversations were friendly with a warm demeanour. I highly recommend Ian Burgess-Simpson Pianos.

The showroom is an incredible space filled with some of the most beautiful and prestigious pianos in the world: 2 of only 4 Fazioli grands in the country are kept here in immaculate care. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and provide expert services from acquisition to rebuilding.

Very professional! They really do know how to care and tune in these beautiful instruments.

Wonderful shop. I stood next to a real live Fazioli grand piano. Wow! I engaged with a wonderful team of technicians who perform their work with passion.

They are professional and excellent advice and they were just awesome from the moment we walked in. They gave us a a lone piano for free while we waiting for my daughter's order. They are the best.
