Horrible service, specially Jabulile. I cannot believe this place can get a legit good review. As a landlord, I highly recommend you to do not use them. Phones off, no answer, admin work late and so on. I cannot wait to finish the contract with them
As a tenant this has been the WORST experience ever. The service is none existent. Agents dont answer their phone calls or emails, calls arent even answered when attempting to call the office. My apartment has been taken over by Burmain a few months ago, ever since then i have been literally begging for admin to be done. I am still awaiting my updated contract to be signed. Totally frustrated to the point where i have given up with the back and forth issues. I now have to go to their offices to demand some assistance and a new agent since my current one Jabulile has disappeared off the face of the Earth with no responses to emails, messages or calls. This company is extremely putrid and does not even deserve any stars. The only productive action that can be performed by them is to shut down their "business".
Truly the worst admin run service I have experienced in a while. Previous tenant moved out and they did not bother to do an exit inspection and gave away my deposit. We agree post the fact that they will fix damage by previous tenant, it's been a back and forth since the agreement was made. A circus of note, like the other reviewer commented. Telling also that they only respond to positive review but ignore the critical. Stay away for your sanity
Good day all I saw an apartment around Terrenure with your property consultant details by the name of Nico. I contacted the agent to view the place as It secured and i urgently needed the place, he then agreed to meet with me at that place. Telling me how much he is renting it out for and the other admin fees however the place was not in a good condition as it has been empty for a long time. I remember very well asking him how soon can he fix the place and he said I must make a payment to secure the place then give him 2 days all will he well. I did that and the day I was suppose to move in, when I got there he was not there but he left the key with the catertaker. I went and fetch the keys but to my surprise when I got to the place , the place was not finished, there was no washing machine tap, there was no dstv cable there was no power and water. When I tried to contact him no answer from his cellphone .I had to aska friend to sleep over for 2 days when I called the office ,I was told that they are only aware of the tiles that needs to he fixes only and the dstv clients do it for themselves but he told me that he will do it and he even send a guy to do but he found out that there is something that need to replaced on the dish and he will come back to do until today he has not come back. I made payment arrangements with for October rental and I believe he idi not communicate that with office admin as when they called they asked what is my other payment money for. I must say my experience with the agent has been unpleasant and I dont think I can refer anyone to do business with him as I dont think he is living the company's value for proving clients with homes
The worst service ever!!! Both agents, admin and property owners don't care what happens in the building/unit. Once you are in, you are on your own. They even go as far as not taking you call, lying and blocking you on whatsapp. A nightmare of service rendered here! Pathetic
5 star service; top agents that go the extra mile. Family orientated and the company makes you feel like you are part of the family.
