Bus

On West Ave Ferndale there is a Metro bus service around 7:45. West Ave is a busy narrow road. Whilst running this morning, 10 Nov. I noticed that there are bus stops, but people choose not to walk 100 metres to the official stop The bus drivers stops at any random place to collect one person. The cars all have to wait and the traffic Builds up and people need to get to work. Vehicles trying to pass the bus can cause major accidents. Is it acceptable for bus drivers to stop anywhere ? Please train the drivers appropriately so that future accidents can be avoided.

The service was excellent I went to load the bus tag for my son. Our depot in Roodepoort is vandalized, what an inconvenience. I actually took the same bus I went with

I have recently joined the bus as I've had an awful experience with taxis, on my first day taking the Sandton bus 02-03-2021 I arrived at Ghandi Sq at 6.40am hoping to catch the 7am bus which never arrived, at 15min intervals buses were meant to arrive and NONE pitched only until 8.05am. How inconsiderate as there are disable people, school children etc. Metro does not care about their commuters, I am only 3 days in and miserable. Sandton/Sunninghill bus has so many commuters and yet no double decker, we are packed like sardines in the midst of a pandemic to the point where when the driver opens the doors people fall out. Leaving Sandton for Ghandi is no easy feat either, on 03-03-21 I waited an hour and a half for the bus to arrive on Rivonia Rd, I resorted to the very same evil I did not want as it was getting late - Taxi.

412 6:45 bus, school kids don't care about ensuring their masks are on, the bus driver will also allow them on bus without their mask on, it shows a lot of the type of adults they will be one day

Metrobus is pathetic. Route 80D specifically the route to fourways, the bus is always overloaded for 06h30 in the morning. they used to use the bus train which was perfect because there a lot of people using that bus besides fourways passengers i.e rosebank, randburg as well as Bryanston. the driver now comes with the small bus and there a lot of people and sometimes he leaves ghandi square before departure time because it is already full. DO SOMETHING!!!!

Not reliable..no approximate timing onto the buses and their routes..change of drivers every week now some dont even know the correct routes...

Every day is a struggle with Metro-bus. I have logged numerous queries sine November 2019 and have not even received a phone call. I would recommend that you do not use any of their services

Metro Bus has the most terrible service really... The ladies that sell the ticket are blatantly rude ... You might be speaking and they busy with their phones .. The most unprofessional service I've ever seen... No interest in their Jobs.. Metro bus needs to restructure.... or they Hobbs keep loosing more customers

Has anyone ever gotten a bus on Linden road, in Bramley? Like if yes

They have been classified as non essential, why not sell to serious transport operators?
