Lack of interest in customer queries. Our emails got hacked and business solutionz are our domain host providers. He transfered the blame onto us as the clients and mentioned that basically he's charging us R200 a month and we shouldn't expect him to create a safe environment for our email hosting. When the business first started, customer support was brilliant... It is pathetic at this stage.

Muhammad has forgotten his startup days in business. Now he has turned out to be a very arrogant individual.
