This company sales service, customer service and after service is very bad. My parents bought a mixer as advertised, as per a valid quote and fully paid only to receive a different and smaller mixer for the same price. After complaining about the bad service as the do not get any response and that they would like the mixer that they actually bought was told that they like to complain and are a bully. Ashley and Angela really need to know how to handle customers especially putting that into writing on emails. So please be aware as you do not get what they advertise and when you query it or complain about it which is your right because you paid for it you get told you are a bully and you can get your money back for their mistake but you have to pay handling fees and still 2 weeks later nothing has happened! No feedback....no refund....no correct product and they refuse to let you speak to the owner of the company! Reply to owner: Thank you for your response however I do have the whole and correct story which is self explanatory in the emails from the sales staff. Unfortunately what you have advertised and what was quoted on with the correct pictures and what was given was not the same. The proper complaint channels including but not limited to the Ombudsman and SA Advertising complaints board have been followed this morning which will have to be dealt with now seeing that your sales staff do not deem this necessary to resolve in a proper manner without calling clients "a bully". If you buy "product A" on an add, with a proper quote and pay immediately in full you won't be satisfied to be given "product B". The client bought the product from your company on your ads and your quote not in China nor from an China Company ad. I will gladly attach all the said emails, correspondence and photos to this review.

Very efficient service from the team. Must be my 100th order with Alpaco by now, ranging from the smallest things up until my recent tilting pan order. Delivery was expected within 3 weeks and 2 weeks later it was delivered and installed … under- promise and over-deliver and they have never missed a beat, well done. Good friendly service and competitive prices … like what more do you want?

If I could give a 0, I would. Absolutely terrible service!!! No one gets back to you and makes promises that aren't kept. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL BE GOING TO HELLO PETER AS WELL. Maybe then something will happen.

I really enjoy doing business with Alpaco. I have been doing business with Alpaco for more than 5 years. Very dedicated and always striving to do better! Thank you for always going the extra mile. We all know that different elements infiltrate our perfect purchase experience ..... Courier service running behind, stock not available etc., but Alpaco pushes until you receive your order. I see a few negative complaints against Alpaco, I suppose we will all have complainers even if we do not deserve it! Lockdown and loadshedding is also elements effecting stock, deliveries etc. Chat with any courier and hear the tremendous stress they under with deliveries due to online sale increases because of lockdown. THANK YOU Alpaco, that you continue to offer great service! I will support you because you are good at what you do!

I am so happy about the service I have received from Alpaco. The lady who assisted me was so friendly, extremely patient and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Alpaco for any catering and equipment that you might need. Great prices, amazing products and fantastic service!

This is the second time dealing with this company. There service is shocking. I have been told every excuse under the sun and to top it off i was given the number of there courier guy so i can phone and follow up were my order is that i paid for 6 days ago. Customer service is shocking. Id rather pay more and get my order as promissed. Wont ever use them again. Sales team is a joke.

Horrible experience. I made a purchase from them was in contact at first and all was well from their side then suddenly I had no reply from the 16th of January 2021 right up until yesterday 26 February 2021... over 40 days waiting on them. On top of that I got a sarcastic reply which was extremely unnecessary.

We had and still have an exceptionally bad experience with this company. Not only were ALL our goods damaged upon arrival but this company refuse to engage with us on any platform. They totally ignoring my calls, emails, whatsapp messaging. Very very bad service. I will highly NOT recommend their services or products

This company is the absolute worst, besides for the lack of service and rudeness you need to follow up on your own deliveries, This is not the first time i am dealing with this and i will be making a bigger complaint!!! Three days later I have received the parcel. Plugged it in and it does not work . Mind blowing is all I can say
