I cannot recommend Cajees Cradlestone/The Diamond Box Cradlestone enough, Ziheed was my point of contact from day one, he came through with a watch I had ordered from another jeweller in Jhb who subsequently didn't have stock but let the sale go through anyway. Ziheed communicated every step of the way, even when there was a hiccup with the delivery Ziheed and Fathima took full responsibility although the issue was on the courier's side, they got it to me in Cape Town as promised and literally saved the day as this was a long awaited birthday gift. Service delivery in SA has become a joke however these two incredible people went above and beyond for a stranger. Thank you Ziheed and Fathima, Cajees will be my go to watch shop for future purchases.

After sales service also great with on site technician for strap alterations, battery replacement and repairs. Use highly reputable Renata Swiss battery brand for battery replacements. Send my watch for minor R260 stem repair worked well until I had to change the date a few days later they claim it would cost a R1200 to repair cause someone swoped out the original parts of the watch and they the only ones who ever repaired it
