Terrible service, they stand and chat inside of doing their job. If you don't want to be late for work don't put fuel in at this caltex
As a regular customer the morning service at the tills is very bad! I dont understand why they can't keep one till active at all times and cash up one till at a time instead of making the customer wait while they glacially cash up. This is not the first, second or even third time that this has happened but today was the last time I'll fill up here in the morning. If you're in a hurry or dont want to be late for work I'd give this station a miss in the mornings. Very disappointed they cant realise their till service needs an overhaul.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Management doesn't care about any complaints brought forward. I paid for petrol that was never poured into my car tank. The manager told me the complaint is non-existent to him. Please protect yourselves and your money. Please make sure you never use this garage! There is an amazing Shell garage less than a minute away,that provides customer service satisfaction guaranteed.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I didn't receive the petrol I paid for, the manager was rude, not helpful and told me my complaint was non-existent. No one in their right mind should use this garage. There is a lovely, pleasant Shell garage not 1 min away that has honest attendants and a helpful,reliable staff that cares about their clients.
I always receive an excellent customer service I've never waited for long.... And to state against those who complain about their lost items not being considered I assume that every premises have Rights reserved and notice board that states "we don't take responsibility to Any loss of items or damage to ur property . Right of admission Reserved" So they must Learn to go through them notices. So as For the Shell Nonnie u must be joking coz they can't even give customers a rest room so that's horrible
My business bank card PCTECHNOLOGY pty ltd went missing after transaction .But i eventually got it replaced,at the cost of R150 .
Gas/petrol services are very slow. There's never immediate action for a paying customer. Once I had to wait for about 5-8 minutes. I had to "leave" to get their attention which isn't an ideal way to run a petrol station otherwise all else is good.
Kitchen staff was not nice or even helpfully. I had to pack my own pie and when I asked her for something else she looked at her colleague and walked away.
Lovely attendants always happy to assist
Great carwash : Reasonably priced, really quick. Friendly helpful staff.
