Quite annoyed. Purchased alot of gear through this branch,and as soon as I needed my refund,I am politely getting told "oh we forgot" For a franchise dealing with such high end gear,in such an up market area, absolutely poor. I am left with no other choice but to hit online reviews. Seems like the only time people even remotely care,is when you attack their pockets. I want my money NOW with the same haste you took it.
Just SO pleased with the service I received from Cameraland Sandton. In an emergency I looked high and low for a specific lens that was sold out everywhere. I managed to come across your site, thankfully. Phoned the store to confirm they had stock and they assured me it would arrive before my wedding. SO grateful for the impeccable service and happy to say it arrived with time to spare as they provided speed delivery to KZN without my prompting. THANK YOU GUYS!!! Will 100% support your business and recommend you wherever I can.

Purchased a Canon R7 as a b-cam for my R5c. Jan is a very helpful guy what goes over the top. Initially I wanted the camera to be picked up by my son down Jozi, but he changed his plans and wanted the camera up in CT. Jan arranged the shipping in CT what went seamless. Yep this guys are more than ok, they will go the extra step in customer service.Was my first purchase from them, but I am glad I did it. About the R7, testing 1 day only, I get what I expected, a budget b-cam, regular shooting will do ok, challenging situations...well expect what you paid for, noise in low light...will never match a full frame but is decent.I bought it as a replacement for my 7D MKII, depends on your needs, for video definitely a worthy upgrade,for photos, I will say again yes, the focus is miles better than the 7D MKII.
Efficient fast service, they kept following up with me for a lens that was out of stock. Very impressed with Reggie. Will buy here again.
Vuyo the sales rep who communicated 1st on 16 August 2022 to me really was the most helpful soul I met. He was persistent passionate rep who really didn't mind me being difficult and undecided. He took all my calls he returned my calls and he kept his professional attitude with high integrity, morals and values of a good sales rep. Undecided he made it happen for me. But unfortunately today 26/08/22 when I went personally to fetch my camera and lenses he was not there as it is his day off but the woman sales rep who assisted me could only see my joy. And happiness. Thank you Cameraland for the amazing service. Look forward to doing more business in the future with yous
