If I could give no stars I would. On hold for over an hr. To be put through to another number to wait there even longer to then be told I'll get a call back. No one called. Mind you this is a hotline for suicide. Wouldn't want to be standing on the edge of a cliff. I know they are understaffed but something needs to be done URGENTLY
I rang the hotline on Australia Day to enquire about helping a family member and was answered straight away. She gave me very good advice about seeking different services for my family member and I am very grateful to just have some encouragement.
