Canal Crossing Potch

Good selection of shops and variety just opposite a big mall when you need to stop quickly for something. Just a bit of a letdown is the parking layout as it is a hassle when you need to find parking but there is underground parking when you go around the shops but the parking is not secure so for me it's a bit of a risk, but overall not bad. I usally just go here because of the hardeware store

Limited parking, but there are wheelchair parking and access as well as two parkings for people over the age of 70. Convenient PnP store as well as a Buiders Express store. Nice fire arm shop also selling bush clothing. Not a bad little strip mall.

Convenient located next to the N12, across from Mooiriver Shopping mall. Businesses includes Pick n Pay, Builders, Lifestyle Center , a gym that had a name change. And many other businesses. The Pet store is also well stock and prices aren't bad. Only problem is the location of the toilets, that are upstairs. Parking can be a problem. Prefer going to west acres shopping mall, more parking and traffic much lighter. With loadshedding being a reality, and the N12 always busy. This two issues can really test your patience.

Ample parking space, easu access to various shopping points and a very safe environment.

Provides a good shopping experience. Just wish there was a Clicks or Dischem and more parking. Always a bit to crowded

It never disappoints. Not packed and a quick in and out of the stores.

I came here to make a laptop purchase, that have great deals. It is sad that alot of people don't know about this shop.

Not a bad little strip mall but abled people keep using the disabled and elderly parking and the attendants don't seem to care.

The Daily Coffee Café's food is delicious ans their service is excellent!!
