The staff here is so friendly and enthusiastic to help. The service here is really greathad a slight issue with an order, they fixed it promptly

Saturday 18 Feb 2023... Jason the waiter tries too hard to impress... sadly the onion rings were sour... Jason instead of rectifying the matter, offer a salad not a baked potato when customers have chips already said he would call the manager... still waiting for the on duty manager arrived before 3... its now 16.41 and ordered a waffle already...some guy rather arrogant asked what were wrong with the onion rings presenting new onion rings.. seriously!!!??? Spur... hospitaility 101... train your staff... we are told the man with the new onion rings is the manager on duty... now we all worry about profit margins and bottom lines... but to approach a customer not introducing yourself... with the exact item you just complained about... what a joke!!! your manager on duty... needs training... and serious attitude adjustment... thanks Jason....

We waited extremely long for our cappuccinos and eventually saw that our waiter had to jump in and make the cappuccinos, after our meal we asked him why is he so stressed and he replied that there was an issue and that he has requested management to assist. My question: why must staff that has an issue with a waiter make us as paying customers 'suffer' because they have a problem with the waiter. My money does assist in paying the support staff their salaries and I believe they should be reminded of that.

We placed a order for Collection , the person on the line told us it will be 20 minutes then it is ready. Upon arrival I saw the call was made 25 Minutes ago. As we went in, it seemed like the Order was never placed. We were offered a table to wait for our order. We have waited for about 20 minutes, when I asked them how long still, if it will take long, then I will order something to drink nothing was offered to drink When we were getting our drinks, the Manager have seem us waiting a long time. He immediately jumped in to assist. His help was Highly Appreciated.

Cancun Spur will definitely see us again. 2 x chicken schnitzels with chips and onion rings. Very well prepared spinach and pumpkin on the side. Kiddies mac and cheese for my little one. Very very nice and service was great. Thank you Cancun Spur Meyerton.

I had a great experience at this spur. I would highly recomend the Unreal breakfast, its great value for money and one if the best ever present specials being run. This spur specifically in Meyerton had good service and great facilities
