A friend recommended Candi Coated to me as I’m always struggling to find salons with reasonable prices. I went in extremely indecisive and had no idea how I wanted to cut my hair but they were so patient with me and understanding. There service is great and they’re all extremely friendly. Worst service ever. Did not deliver on what we requested. Stylist was wanting to blame everyone and kept using hairdressing jargon we did not understand. We showed a pic of what we wanted and did not get the expected outcome. I even took the time to visit the salon a week prior to the appointment to make an appointment in person and showed a pic of what we wanted. The staff on duty explained what technique would give us the expected outcome - we trusted them as the hairdressing experts to deliver on our request. A hairdressing appointment that should have taken approximately 1.5hours took 4 hours. Also charged us above what had been quoted. You've just lost yourself a client. Will ensure that everyone I know is informed of your unprofessional service. You also have a nerve to post pics of my daughters hair on your Instagram page without permission! My daughter's first time having her hair coloured was a huge let down and left her in tears. Walking in at 10h00 and leaving at 14h00 was not on, as most of her birthday was spent at the hairdresser. Noordien is the man. If you need a professional haircut, make a booking and you won't be disappointed. Premises has a nice warm welcoming atmosphere. They do more than just haircuts. Parking is easy access able. Friendly staff.

Went in to ask a simple favour - to stick on two nails that have come off with some glue. They would not even go the length of giving some glue to stick it on myself then and there. Very poor service for such a humble beauty salon. I come from the same industry and I know that if I had to walk into a sorbet, someone would at least have the decency to give me some glue to stick on a nail. Disgusting!

Been cutting my hair by Nür for years, he is the best in the business, and my girlfriend tried the stylists for the first time and was impressed with her knowhow on natural curly hair even though her expertise is in mainstream hair care, a testament to her knowledge and care.

Very professional. Pleasant atmosphere. Aim to please. Excellent results. Mani and pedi very good. Tracy gives an excellent pedi with massage. Very well priced. Worth the visit.
