Caneworld has made up a custom headboard and custom chair for us and we love both of them photos of both finished pieces attached!. The headboard was based on a photograph I found in a magazine. I provided the dimensions and an exact replica was made up! The chair was based on an antique chair that Caneworld was restoring for another customer. We changed the dimensions of the chair and color and it came out wonderfully. Both times, the items were complete on or before the estimated date. The workmanship is wonderful and Korrie was great to work with.
Great work by Korrie to completely recreate a special piece of furniture we loved that was not salvageable. Appreciate the hard work and great result.

I recently dealt with Willem Van Der Schijf of the Caneworld Centurion branch. Willem repaired 4 'wicker' seats for me, and did an EXCELLENT job. What a pleasure to deal with this gentleman ! Willem is a true ambassador for the Caneworld brand, and I will most certainly make use of his services in the future.
Phenomenal customer service. Appreciated the expert guidance in helping put together our custom unit. Very pleased with the end result and blown away by the quality.
I would give a 0 star rating if that was possible! Terrible customer service!! Trying to purchase something from Caneworld is next to impossible. I have emailed and phoned requesting a quote so that I can make payment to purchase two baskets, but the contact person Korrie couldnt care less! So sad that in these times companies could care less about sales and customer service.
I am in the market for various items but you dont add any prices. This is so frustrating .
We have had a long-standing relationship with Caneworld. Owner Korrie Broos and his staff have never failed to give us personal attention when we visit, offering expert advice and recommendations regarding the repair, care and maintenance of our furniture and helpful suggestions when making new purchases. Our inherited furniture in need of TLC was professionally refurbished, clearly the company and its staff have a passion for what they do. Wicker-work requires skills and expertise that machines cannot match. Korrie personally delivered our new cane couch and arranged for the safe and efficient delivery of furniture in Mossel Bay. Thank you for the service Caneworld!
Caneworld is unique in the quality it offers. It is used by top SA designers and I have found them very helpful in creating my custom outdoor furniture. Allow a reasonable leadtime and be prepared to pay on the high end for a quality product.
