The floor staff which was the manager o believe assisted us very professionally. He knew all the specifications of his goods on the floor and could guide us what to purchase for future renovations. His knowledge ranges from ovens, fridges tv sets and much more. Prices are very good and products of high quality and standard. It was less busy on Saturday morning and we could walk through in one go with assistance.
Bought a Ferre hob in July which wasnt working on the day it was installed. The electriician opened it and connected a loose wire which made our warranty null and void. It worked for eleven days, their technician came out and 'repaired' it. It worked for just over a month before the problems started. Opened the hob to discover a burnt insulating blanket and melted insulation wires with exposed wires everywhere. They are no longer interested in dealing with this problem, have handed it over to Ferre SA, who we are not having any joy with either. Shocking after sales service. Will never ever purchase from them again and would definitely not recommend this company to anyone!!!
Ordered an item recently, came in very good condition and in a quick timely manner - on the exact same day actually. The company/people selling, proved to be very helpful, and would hope to do business with them once more in the future
