Cape Funeral Fund refuses to reply. The plastic bag of ashes wasnt even tied closed and kept on leaking there was only a very small handful of ashes?!? should be much more . They sent me my only son and child's ashes in a horrible badly home made industrial pine box screwed close with Masonite. Imagine my familys shock when we opened the courier bag. So undignified with no respect for your feelings. I wasn't even given an option to have them delivered in an urn to me. I treat my dog better.

We had to change the cremation from a witnessing cremation to a normal cremation with a viewing because the funeral find paid for half of everything and they cancelled our slot purely because we are not witnessing .
