Been here twice but couldn't find a mirror and headlight of my Polo Vivo
Orded a Citroen C1 bonnet from CT AUTO parts for R 1 250. Today on 4 January 2022 the consultant whatsapps me a dented bonnet and says the price will be double. After taking a day off, these people are crooks please be careful of them as this type of business is unacceptable. To answer you back. The situation was very well explained and as said in my statement, I am well aware of what occurred and how, and customers should be made aware of how your staff operate and this is not acceptable. People please be cautious as I am saying this again

They are unwilling to take responsibility for faulty parts. Do not buy here if you value your money, unless the part is cheap enough to take the risk.
Telephone etiquette is non-existent with these guys, i called to enquire about an item and i went through 4 sales guys who answered and immediately transferred the call to the next consultant, then finally i ended up with the original consultant who was extremely reluctant to give me his name...think he said his name was Zola. when he finally gave me the info i needed he quickly slammed the phone in my ear. Very unprofessional individual/s and that reflects badly as representatives of CTAP, i was recommended here by a friend but I personally would NEVER recommend anybody. i guess i will take my business elsewhere. Ready Auto Parts at least have manners and for that i will drive further and pay extra every single time. NB: just for interests sake, Ready Auto Parts turned out to be cheaper anyway.
Been long customer,there today 4th june 2021 want to have my windscreen rubber just fitted but i the customer who pay should be held responsible for a professional glass fitter,who fit the windscreen rubber if he the professional breaks my windscreen,thats what he the fitter told me same thing happened when i brought my runx in for windscreen fitment told me cant use rubber again he can if i look after him after many fitters told me they use same rubber on the specific car always again when removing its windscreen,why he told me that i know its for xtra buck cancelled the whole transaction cause they hustling you,just for a extra buck the staff i mean also when you ask a price they give you wrong higher prices to make a extra buck when they make you seem they giving you a better price.
Unprofessional and if you don't check the pc they give you ballooned prices. Then tell you if they discount for you what are you going to do for them. All in all it's a bad experience. Buying should be a transaction, you get the right price and pay it. Why should people try and wiggle money out of customers. You wait in queue and noone tells you anything.
They could make parking area better nd get rid of all the scary hawkers outside
Great very professional sales team went the extra mile to help extremely happy with their service.
