Generally a good shopping experience though the fruit and veg is oddly more expensive than in JHB and sometimes a tad less healthy looking. However! The fish, the meat, the dry goods and more are plentiful and there is a ton to choose from!

A huge place to buy your fruit and vegetables. Frequent specials. They offer groceries too and other household food items. I love their fish market, especially that they sell both whole and cut fish. They weight the whole fish, clean and cut it for you if you want them to do so. You find different types of fishes including salmon and tuna, mackerel some times. They sell meat too and cooked food. It's a pity there's not so many around Pretoria

I purchased pork ribs and steak for a braai. When I opened up the packages, the meat was rotten! ****** Update: I was asked to submit my details via email, which I did on 3rd July but haven't received any reply Customer Service much?!!!

The staff are fabulous and highly efficient. They are friendly and helpful to say the least. But the quality of fruit and vegetables is extremely poor. Old stock on the shelves, spoiled fruit and vegetables still left bruised and over ripe on display. You will need to to pack your own groceries after your purchase and put it into your trolley yourself. It's exhausting if you have spent ages doing shopping. I will definitely not go here again. What a pitty since the staff make it so pleasant.

I’ve found some really good Wednesday specials at the Menlyn branch of FLM, however this week the butchery was short staffed and the butcher offered to have my order ready the next day which I accepted. I only received the sms late the next day so sent my wife to collect my order the day after. What a disappointment to find the meat packs oozing blood and not cut the way I asked. I went back with the worst cuts expecting an argument but was pleasantly surprised when the butcher apologised and replaced them with better cuts than I had paid for and a bit extra to make up for the inconvenience.

The 2 cashiers was very rude to us and made a racist comment about us. They didn’t know we understood their language. They also didn’t greet us when we said hello and continued with their own conversation. Was a very disturbing encounter. The store also had very old soft grapes and bad quality avo’s they sold us.

Makes shopping experience a must, with freshly products and all the fresh cut meet with well prepared meals on site, grocery shopping in store. Well baked French loafs and many more buns . Come friendliest stuff able and willing to help and navigate you through the shop at ease. Always great cooler in the shop

This is an amazing place to shop for all your fruits and vegetables needs! Their prices are fair, the atmosphere is very welcoming and the cashiers are friendly and funny.

Nice quality of produce in particular i had appreciate the fruits and vegetables area. Very fresh product. Its possible to found a lot of variety of meat and fish. The value of the product are commisurate with the quality

Excellent selection/range of product and reasonable pricing. Staff at tills very friendly. Pleasure to shop here. Convenient parking under roof. Next to large Pick n Pay and close to Woolworths. Easy 4 stars.
