Thank you too the very helpful man who helped me choose my tent and other equipment today. He even helped me get it all safely to my car. And I asked the manager for a small discount as the value of my purchases was around R8000 and he kindly gave me one. Helpful, polite, knowledgeable about the stock.

Bought a few things there in June took my volcano speaker back it's been 12 weeks or more the manger Thomas has no customer service what so ever I called the customer service nobody contacted me back Clive the guy tht assist me is no ignoring me Thomas the store manger things his the freaking owner of capeunion mart I will never ever get or buy anything from there again

K-way hiking equipment is amazing. I got excellent service here with absolute knowledge of the product by the staff member that assisted me. I explained what my needs were for hiking and I was shown the best product - k-way boots , K- way backpack  expedition series  and k-way socks The boots kept me safe in extreme slippery conditions In a cave at the cradle of mankind  and on a mountain named devils back in Hong Kong. The back pack kept me cool as there is netting vents in the back and the shoulder harnesses and it’s extremely comfortable. The socks stay where they must stay and are very comfortable even on a 10km country hike 10 thumbs up Cape Union Mart Can’t wait for the frequent shopper program with points  Here I am decked out I’m Cape Union Mart kit on a epic hike and stayed cool all day long ‼‼‼I hike all over the world and I take my Cape Union Mart equipment wherever I go  Please follow me on Fb Andrew BREMNER

Useless, staff incompetent and no stock.

Brilliant!  The guys know their stock and can explain how to use new gear/gadgets.  I would go back anytime

I love entering this shop.  They have the coolest things.  Knives, gps devices, awesome jackets and shoes.  It’s hard to leave once you get inside because you really want a bit of everything.

The service was on point. They were properly trained on customer service and up selling their products. Keep up the good work

Staff is so rude and don't want to help, I was looking for a Medium mens jacket not in stock online it shows there is in stock one of the staff members said rudely "I already told her there is not take a other size" they should send staff for training at eastgate that actually will go out off their way to help!!!

Absolutely love this store, very friendly staff always friendly and willing to help. Was a bit disappointed in them not having a gopro mount that I previously bought from them. But overall great shopping experience.

Went to buy gear for our Norway adventure to chase the Northern Lights.  The staff are very helpful and we got everything we needed to battle the sub zero temperatures that are expected.  Thanks guys!
