Signed up with Capital Legacy Cape Town in 2017 and have always had good service. My husband and I had our wills drafted and finalized and we have a family funeral plan through them which covers estate legal fees too. Had a query this morning and corresponded with Zukiswa Ntinga who was fantastic and got back to me very quickly. I am happy to continue doing business with them and would recommend them to others.

Fast. friendly and efficient was the service I received when dealing with this company. If you thought Natasha was the only person to talk to, do yourself a favour and speak to Jade van Amsterdam. She's a credit to her firm. Wish there were more people like her in service.

Poor service. From day one I battle to get my policy's correct . They do not response at all. I cancelled my policy's with them because my policies was not correct. But I paid this installments each month. After I cancelled my policy's they still deduct there fee from my account. I am taking this to the ombudsman, why must I pay the installments from the start if my policy's  was not in place.

Had a great conversation with a consultant. I emailed directly after the call to let them know that I would need some time to think about going ahead and that I wanted to pause everything before it was confirmed / agreed. However before I knew it i was tied into a monthly debit order.I then requested everything to be cancelled after further research. I received a cancelation form roughly 2 weeks afterwards - keeping in mind I never agreed or signed anything formally in the first place. Not a great experience!

Phindi Twala assisted me so professionally and I was so happy after the call.  She valued me as the client and gave me the best solution that fitted my needs.  Great company and excellent employees.

I would not even give them a star if I had an option.  This is the worse company you can ever deal with, there is nobody that is efficient but especially Cher-Lee Smit, she is extremely incompetent.  They do not care about your legacy and your family members that stays behind, they care about the money.  They take months to respond and is very unreliable.  I never ever ever want to deal with them again and will advise anyone to not  do business with them

I was impressed with  PATRICIA LEKALAKALA service when I was considering my policy with Capital Legacy. She listened to my concerned and addressed them with empathy. @Legacy, she's a keeper!
