Capitec Bank Alberton City Mall

I always love going to Capitec Bank in Alberton City, Noxy was such a pleasure; she was very helpful, patient, friendly, welcoming and just all round wonderful. I didn't have any issues when I needed a new card or changing details - unlike other banks, they really have great helpful staff with fast service. Thank you so much again Noxy!

Hi i was assisted by Nokwanda.what a great service i got she told me about a clear score app which can help me to see what I can do to improve my score so I could get a loan in future as i could not get it 2day when i went there to see if i could pop.she even helped me to download the app on my phone and explained on how it work ....thank you so much 4 ur service MO gal.

The worst customer service. The lady staff act as if they doing you a favour. We went there to consultant 7 and lady was rude, unable to assist and said they don't deal with the credit department, as we wanted to follow up with our credit application. when we entered the machine clearly gave us an option for credit assistant. What's worse is that apparently they don't have pdf. But as we clearly saw it on the screen. Which company opens documents only on word? She said we must go print the documents at Kodak. Horrible experience. this isn't the first time, had many issues with this branch. Their heads are high to the sky but unable to do their jobs correctly. Really disappointed as I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. It's branches like this that make Capitec look bad, as I know and believe that Capitec is still a good bank but really bad branch employees. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different branch. Park meadows is quite efficient.

A humble, patient and understanding consultant. Never felt like I was I'm a bank. This was my first time at Capitec and he made it all so easy. Ntokozo you ROCK keep up the good work. Capitec has an assert in you.

Hello My name Is Teboho Nkopane. I was assisted by Nokwanda Mbovane. I wanted to take a loan with Capitec and the lady assisted very well. She has the correct tools for a sales consulted, she is very manipulative and convincing. I even asked her to point me to the Manager so that I can pass my compliments about her to the Manager. I'm just writing this because I feel she deserves a recommendation. I was in Capitec in Joburg yesterday I didn't get the service I'm getting now. I wanted R5000 but I end up leaving with Access Facility which to my understanding works like a credit card. Thank you
