Capitec Bank-Vanderbijlpark Vaal Mall

Capitec sure reliable most banks would be closed on a Sunday but Capitec Vaal mall provided excellent service

I wanted to go inside the bank to deposit cash into my account, but when I was almost in the front of the queue, I was told to go into the ATM queue to do it. What kind of a bank doesn't allow you to go inside to deposit money? This is not acceptable. I am very happy with Capitec overall, I haven't had any serious problems as of yet, but this encounter made me feel like I should move to another bank.

I don't have a issue with your covid regulations as per consultant 4, unintroduced to a client, Clinton Likhlehle. Worst experience ever, as he shouts at me with his shield up and his mask off! Customer service, you don't separate a 7 year old from her mother's view in this day and age and in South Africa. I am disgusted in his mannorism as a professional. I would like a formal apology if he can grasp his errors rather than his ego.

If you wanted to be treated like you're nobody, this is the place to go. They also don't use Capitec's queuing system for some reason.

Pathetic Service. The host who welcomes clients and issue queuing tickets is arrogant and does not listen to client's requirements thus causing one to que twice to attend to a simple matter. The place is hot, noisy and not a pleasure to go to. I am disappointed in this type of poor service.

Great Service everytime I have been there. Tables and chairs always sanitized after each client. Covid regulations followed properly

Got a very horrible service this lady didnt even listen to what i came to do trying to help my elderly mother, you guys should have a listen skill before you can answer. Cause really what i got this morning was not necessary, so glad i dont bank with you if i could my mother would change banks

Capitec let this company withdraw Debit order R1400 from my account , Which I didnt Authorize any Debit order , then went in bank to Reverse & Stop , it happened again they Withdrew R700 & Again R174

Best bank in South Africa! Best branch in the Vaal since it's never that busy, and staff are well trained and very friendly.
