Excellent service and delicious food. Ordered a gourmet pizza to share and the ingredients tasted really fresh , our beverages were well prepared and the presentation of them was fantastic. The wait staff was also incredibly courteous, we had a young gentleman by the name of Nico or Christo sorry I forgot which name! he was friendly and constantly checking up on us. Only slight downer is some of the dishes are overpriced, had R60 waffles that were the size of a toddlers palm??????
Aesthetically pleasing. The food was amazing. Waiters were so friendly. The only concern is how they clean their wine glasses. Found some tissue on my glass had to return them . But overall everything was great
I did not like it when the waiter brings the food but then stop to first speak with others. When she placed it in front of me, I had no option to eat it without complaining because I did not want to put my family off the food. I suggest they serve all the plates straight from the kitchen with enough waiters all at once.Food: 3/5
I changed my rating and this is why. I had a bad experience at Cappuccinos but received a personal apology from the owner and that he will deal with the issue, just taking the time out of your day to respond to me as a customer meant a lot. This is the go-to place for a fantastic breakfast, lunch, or quick bite with family and friends. Comprehensive menu to suit all types of appetites. Excellent and friendly service, good quality, value for money, and a pleasant atmosphere. Our table, cutlery, and menus were spotlessly clean, and the premises were neat and tidy. Highly recommended.
The only nice thing was the decor. The chicken schnitzels my kids had were overcooked and dry. The little dishes of cheese and mushroom sauce was not enough to salvage the schnitzel. I had hake and prawns. Fish was dry and prawns doused in a sauce that tasted burnt and overly peppered. Not a lemon and herb sauce. My husband had the chicken and short ribs. Ribs were tough and chicken extremely dry. For this kind of money alot more was expected. A truly bad experience.
Great coffee, wide variety on their menu, prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Best restaurant in Springs Mall, by far.
What a dissapointment!!!! Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. 1x Cappos special* NO SALAMI OR BACON IN SIGHT!!*. 1× sweet chilli beef about 8 strips on whole pizza and 1× Athena with extra bacon. Cost R619 for 3 pizzas. Sorry to say but money wasted!!
The poorest service I have ever experienced at any of the cappuccinos. Order took 1 and half hours with only a few tables occupied, to only received a chicken burger with only the bun and chicken no garnish or even a sauce on it. The waitress only came in the beginning asking for the drinks never saw her again untill she brought the order . I suggest the management to intervene at the branch very fast.
Waited over an hour for our food. When the pizza came the pizza dough was not properly baked and they still managed to leave 2 toppings off. The food was definitely not worth the wait. Will never go back.
