CAR AND HOME SPA TZANEEN, Limpopo

I stayed in the wheelchair accessible room. The room spacious and well equipped with a single and double bed. The bathroom is also spacious and equipped with a bath and shower. The shower is equipped with a seat as well as a hand held sprayer. The food is good and is included in the price of your stay, drinks are not included and are available at extra cost. The setting of the hotel has amazing views. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Coach House Hotel and Spa.

We had a fantastic stay while we were here for the weekend. The Venue seems locked in time with old history pieces preserved including the original title deed that is on display. Great food for breakfast and dinner and also lovely walking routes in the gardens between the rooms. Rooms: The suit was comfortable and very quaint wit some old pieces of history that is reflected in some of the furniture. The only thing that could have made it better was instead of having two separate chairs on the veranda have a couch or something similar Walkability: The Venue has a few parts that you can walk in between the rooms with beautiful garden views Noteworthy details: The lounge area has lots of pieces of history from the Old Coach House back in the day and he's worth a visit if you are into that kind of thing

We booked for 3 nights and checked out after the 1st. The staff are super friendly and helpful but the hotel has fallen from its 5 star rating to a 3-star and is falling apart. The views are spectacular but when you look down at the physical building and the infrastructure it’s crumbling. Nothing is well looked after. So sad to see what was clearly a beautiful hotel go to ruin. I won’t name all the things wrong. There were too many.

Images on website are completely misleading. Room is outdated, curtains were broken, room smelt damp and musty. Bath is old and yellow. Building in the room next door upon arrival with loud banging into our hotel room. Viewed the room and indoor pool and went to check out and book another hotel immediately. Management didn’t respond to my request for a refund and do not answer calls. Terrible service and rooms. Would never recommend this hotel for a comfortable and clean stay.

Spacious rooms with views to die for. Serenity at it's best if you are looking to escape for a couple of days. Five star buffet breakfast to start your day. Excellent service from staff and genuine hospitalityRooms: 5/5

Hi, received such bad service from the Staff. By this I mean from the reception to the masseuse. By the way, my friends and I had booked a massage for four people. To begin with, the four of us were meant to be provided this service at the same time time but were later advised that only two members of the staff were available and they have a no refund policy. Anyway, we agreed to go. We were a bit late as the weather was not great however, we advised on our lateness. So we get there there, the receptionist was nonchalant even here directions to the Spa were inaccurate. No warm welcome at all. Now as we eventually get to the spa, we find only one staff member to provide our service. No warm welcome, no robes for comfort as well as slippers, no welcome drink. It was as if they were not expecting us. The other staff member eventually comes and we get comfortable and ready for our massages, mind you we are there to relax, there was talking throughout our service. That is not all, please invest in proper massage oils because wow, the one used was not the one for me. I was left unimpressed especially for a place with such a lovely location.

What a beautiful place. With a great view. Such a stunning place to have your holiday at. The staff is so friendly and kind.

Beautiful place and food was excellent, but bar service was bad. Did not have the drinks which was ordered and only returned 45 min after order to tell me. Then they brought incorrect orders and you wait very long after orders have been placed.Rooms: 5/5

Beautiful hotel, with beautiful views. Great location. The experience with food was not good. Mot items in the buffet got finished and there were no refills.Rooms: 5/5
