I’ve been to many car washes in the Helderberg area. Today was my first time at “Carwash at the Sanctuary”. I arrived during peak hour and they were extremely busy - a sentiment to the good service because everyone was wanting to have their car washed here. Upon arrival, they assisted me with ease and provided a clear waiting period to avoid disappointment. The waiting period I was given was about 1hour and 40/50 min. I understood that they were busy and didn’t mind the wait.  Despite the waiting time given, they were extremely efficient with their service. Cars were flying through , but the job was still done excellently. I landed up waiting shorter than the estimated waiting time given to me which was a bonus! Friendly staff who clearly work hard to provide a fast, but thorough, car wash.  I don’t think I’ve ever been to a car wash where they are so thorough in cleaning your car. It felt so good to climb into a squeaky clean car and believe me - mine was a mess when it arrived. This car wash will definitely be seeing me again! I HIGHLY recommend. Thank for your great service!

I always get great and friendly service and a super clean car from them. Most definitely, the best car wash in Helderberg!

Went for a full Valet, left my car all day and they could not even clean the inside of my windshield. Polish remaining around all the lights and dirt surfacing from seats after 2 days. Not worth the R900!

Was a loyal customer but after today nog coming back. They became extremely slow. Supervison was not what it used to be. Their turn around time used to be fast but last few times it is dreadful. After 1 hour waiting on them my car was not even washed yet and I was told there are only 5 vehicles before mine. While I was waiting 7 cars was pulled up before mine. Loyalty system that was in place non existing.

Only two places in the Helderberg I go to get my car washed. This is one of them.  Best quality products and equipment. Experienced management and value for money!

Thank you for fixing the oversight on my previous wash booked. I appreciate it. My car looks perfect and clean.
