Good service, pleasant manner. I sadly cannot keep up with car service expense but was given a discount because I'm a pensioner. I appreciated this. I would recommend Gargo service garage.
Had 20 litres of petrol stolen out of the fuel tank, while the car was being serviced. I also got charged R150+VAT for a car wash, even though the car wasn't cleaned.
Consistently slow, complicated and unnecessary services. Takes 15-20 minutes to buy 1 litre of oil.
Christa at Mitsubishi Cargo Motors is the best service advisor I've met. She will look after you. Her customer is everything to her.
Had a shocking and bad experience with a very rude sales manager... Had an issue with a spare key which was promised to one of their customers who bought a car from them.. Before I purchased the car I phoned them to make sure that I can come pick up the key from them and they confirmed that they will provide it since there was an email proof from them promising it to them... After I had bought the car myself and the client spoke to them about the car but they denied and said won't make the spare key... They were so rude and broke their promise for just a spare key neva will want to deal with them even tho at first decided to do my future services with them.. Thanks and they have lost a customer...

I used them for the first time in September 2021 . Unfortunately, I had a lousy experience and will not be returning to this establishment. A motor mount price increased by 42% in a period of two days, they wanted to replace my wiper blades which were replaced 3 months prior to the service and they wanted to replace all the brake pads. I consulted with a brake specialist in Sandton after the service and was informed that the pads were not worn. I have never been treated like this in my 50 year + driving career.
The best! Unfortunately you pay more for quality work. This makes a visit pretty expensive but worth every penny. Thank you for many years of excellent service.
It's been the worst experience from any dealership and it's supposed to be reliable and top quality. Had to take my car back for the same problem, 3 times....had to pay twice. Untrustworthy management, false promises and no pride in what they do. Disgrace to Jeep South Africa
Fastest communications, courteous airport pick-up, impeccable after sales service, no forced advertising sticker on the vehicle, but some quality marketing gifts given along with the vehicle... and the list of the positive experiences go on. Despite living in Cape Town, we shall have to prioritize purchasing any vehicles in the future from Jake Fick at this dealership! We encourage others to benefit from their great service too!
