I received great service from this dealership. Siya gave amazing service and he listens to his clients. I had issues with my car and the after service was 100% if you need a great sales-man ask for Siya!

These guys really helped me a lot during an extremely stressful situation with my car. Their patience and understanding and willingness to help was outstanding, despite the fact that they got very little out of it. Thanks guys!

I would stay away from this dealership. And most definitly stay away from buying a Jeep regardless of how cool they are. My car 2022 Wrangler is just over 6 months old bought brand new. Its been in their workshop 3 times for faults. Its currently in for some battery related issue. 21 working days to get the replacement. Whats worse is that they have new models on their floor. They are obviously more concerned about selling a new car than they are about getting the ones already sold working again. No loan vehicle supplied. YOU will have to hound them to find out what the progress is. Absolutly shocking experience.

Best service I've received in a while

Five stars for sales, and zero for service department. Worst service I have ever had in about 30 years.

Good service, pleasant manner. I sadly cannot keep up with car service expense but was given a discount because I'm a pensioner. I appreciated this. I would recommend Gargo service garage.

Had a shocking and bad experience with a very rude sales manager... Had an issue with a spare key which was promised to one of their customers who bought a car from them.. Before I purchased the car I phoned them to make sure that I can come pick up the key from them and they confirmed that they will provide it since there was an email proof from them promising it to them... After I had bought the car myself and the client spoke to them about the car but they denied and said won't make the spare key... They were so rude and broke their promise for just a spare key neva will want to deal with them even tho at first decided to do my future services with them.. Thanks and they have lost a customer...

It's been the worst experience from any dealership and it's supposed to be reliable and top quality. Had to take my car back for the same problem, 3 times....had to pay twice. Untrustworthy management, false promises and no pride in what they do. Disgrace to Jeep South Africa

I used them for the first time in September 2021 . Unfortunately, I had a lousy experience and will not be returning to this establishment. A motor mount price increased by 42% in a period of two days, they wanted to replace my wiper blades which were replaced 3 months prior to the service and they wanted to replace all the brake pads. I consulted with a brake specialist in Sandton after the service and was informed that the pads were not worn. I have never been treated like this in my 50 year + driving career.

The best! Unfortunately you pay more for quality work. This makes a visit pretty expensive but worth every penny. Thank you for many years of excellent service.
