Truly the best agency, I had a remarkable experience with Carla's Au Pairs, even during the times I felt home sick or just needed someone to talk to, I had no doubt even for a moment that Heloise will always be there ready to lend an ear. I highly recommend using Carla’s Au Pairs if you are interested in becoming an Au Pair abroad. I had such an amazing experience using them as an agency and they helped me throughout the whole process. I was guided by Natasha and Heloise from the very beginning and had regular check-ins with Janis while abroad in The Netherlands. Such a great team to work with.

Since January, I knew nothing about Au Pairing but Marelise took me through I'm still busy collecting some documents but the way she's been communicating with me taking me step by step. Becoming an au pair overseas can be a very stressful experience but Carla's Au Pairs made the whole process easy and was with me every step of the way. Janis, Stacey, and Natashia were always quick to answer any questions that I had and always sent the necessary documents and advice before I could even think about what was happening next. The agency really made my au pair journey to Belgium easy and once I was in Belgium they reached out as well to check if everything was okay.
