A visit to the Carnivore is much much more than a simple meal - we strive to provide you with an experience that represents and epitomizes Africa. The interiors, the music, and of course the food, are all geared towards this end.
The Carnivore offers a variety of meats including Zebra, Eland, Beef, Lamb, Impala, Springbok, Blesbok, Pork, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Kudu, Hartebeest, and Crocodile. Skewered on traditional Masaai swords and spears, joints of these meats are roasted to perfection over a huge open fire that occupies the center of the restaurant. Experienced carvers bring these joints to your table, allowing you to chose the exact piece you would like. The meats are served with a variety of sauces and salads.
We also offer vegetarian and fish dishes for our non-meat eating guests.
