Brunette to Blonde... R1800 later. Broken, damaged, orange and brown hair. When I asked for a refund of not even half, I was blocked. Disgusting service, awful experience. STAY AWAY!

They have moved from their original space to van Beeck street, Glenanda. Lot of improvements have been made to the salon. I have had to drop stars because of my recent experience - I called prior and made appointment actually the receptionist said 8am. I was there - waited for 45 min, left without having my hair done or any assistance. Stylist didnt pitch up at work and no one could assist. Disappointed!

Went to the salon to colour my hair and walked out with a burnt scalp and my face dyed as well! Of course not to forget I paid an arm and a leg for a complete disappointment and almost got charged for a cut which I did not receive! Talk about inexperienced staff! I suggest the owner invest in sending her staff for some training after all it's a running business. Show some professionalism and less preferential treatment for certain customers as we are all there to pay for a service!

Happy with the service. The prices are reasonable. You walk out feeling beautiful.

Went for root touch up and my hair is a mess ,either the wrong product or way too much bleach...hair is so depressing need a wig Not happy with my lashes...inexperience staff and i still got glue on my lids, one week later. My wash and blow always excellent and on point.

My hair turned out absolutely disgusting they bleached it way to much and turned out damaging my hair and I didnt even get the highlights I wanted. I asked for rose gold and I got yellow and white. Absolute terrible excuse of a salon
