Very much impressed with Cartrack, my vehicle was recovered within 2hrs after it was stolen. Unfortunately they couldn't make it on time as they found it completely stripped . I would also like to give special thanks to the SAPS officers from Kliprivier who all went out in their numbers to assist with the recovery, fortunately they managed to arrest one culprit on the scene even though the rest escaped. The house where they recovered the vehicle seems to be an operational site for most of the hijacked vehicles, this is the place where they strip and remove all the tracking units, 69 Nelson road Gardendale Ah Keep up with the Excellent work you doing

Thabile Ngcobo, Awesome service she rendered to me, best consultant of the month, she only called to arrange for my tracker device update only to find that I did not know that my car that was stolen August 2022 was recovered, she promised to make sure that the recovery team contacted me and the day next she contacted me as promised, such a warm, sympathetic, patient and professional consultant of all times, she helped to get my contract cancelled since the car belong to my insurance now and after the call I felt like I was speaking to my sister, she is the best and I will come back to tracker just because of her service, much appreciated..

I applied for fitment and I waited for more than approximately 30 days they Naver came to halp me... Had to cancel the agreement contract with cartracker because of unreliable empty promises.

I had an excellent quality service, logged my call within 3 hours the Technician was at my door step for new installation. Good value for money, thank you Cartrack. Thanks to Sbongile and Cynthia Kobe for help.

Today I stuck on the highway, thanks to Cartrack who sorted my problems out. In couple of minutes the towtruck loaded my bakkie. Thanks for fast and friendly service.

Don't go into any binding contracts with Cartrack as they ONLY want money in order for you to cancel a contract even if they give you an option to remove the device from your car they still want that cancellation fee. So I have been debited for  a car that was sold 6 months ago. Even the Social Media department service is not helpful as their contact centre. So I am not expecting any response from them as they are WORSE company to deal with.

He is good with people and he listens and understand people he doesn't jump into conclusions like all the rest who contacted me before hes patients with people. A rating of five stars for me is less i would give him a thousands stars this is the kind of people you need for the call center. Who can take you to it even if you not interested but you end up making a deal. Thanks to him.

Have had the worst experience with this company. Have waited so long for an appointment and then they don't pitch. Speak to one consultant and they keep transferring you to someone else. Have had to replace 2 car batteries and at this moment can not even drive my car. I have had to take time off of work and have lost a lot of money. Would never recommend them to anyone. Unhappy customer with a vehicle I still can't drive!

Zandela was exceptional, very patient and warm. She was polite and engaging, answered all my queries, explained everything and gave me options to work with. Outstanding customer treatment, I give an 8 out of 5. Thank you dear

Danielle Daniels was very friendly, and efficient. She managed to process a request that others had not been able to assist me with on numerous previous occasions.
