The Afrikaner male working here had the guts to say my iPhone XS is fake cause the True Tone is not functioning. I thought it was ridiculous to rate the price at a low R2000 when their stores sell iPhone XRs and XSs at a whooping R8k.

I utterly got bad service on the 12/08/2022 from the white dude in the pawn department.  The dude wanted to give me R300 for a laptop that is worth R14000.  That guy literally ruined my day.

What a dissapointing experience.   I bought an item just to find out that it does not work.   I went back to the store and learnt that the correct component is missing/ short.  This explains as to why the item did not work.  How do you sell an  item that does not work? It is unethical to sell an item knowing that it does not work.  Very Dissapointing experience.

Classically pathetic. No criteria used at all to valuate items, it's all subjective and entirely dependent on how the white women working there feel about you at that particular moment.  My item was never even looked at. They asked what it was and decided it's worth R200 - without seeing it, meanwhile I bought the item for R3000 and it was still in fairly good condition.  But what more can you expect as a black person in the Vaal?! I walked right out.
