All I wanted was to buy Red Dead Redemption 2 for Xbox for R250. This price, despite how good a 5 year old game is was already too high but I traveled from Mount Vernon to Glenwood just to buy it. Despite pointing out a very small crack on the disk I got assurances it was tested. Hours later I end up staring at an unmoving download screen of a faulty disk. Now I have to return it tomorrow, thereby wasting not only my off day but another day just to correct a simple error that would have been prevented if they'd bothered actually testing what they sold. I'm beyond furious and I feel sorry for the shop assistant who'll have to deal with me because of the incompetence of their company. It took Whatsapping several times just to confirm the game was STILL there and someone only responded AFTER I ALREADY BOUGHT IT LITERALLY DAYS AFTER ENQUIRING OVER WHATSAPP TO NO ANSWER. I used to be such a big fan but what a drop in service and quality. And such a waste of time just to return a product. I've learned my lesson
If there's an improvement that I could suggest, is teaching the staff the ethics of soft skills and how it actually benefits them and the store, remember, people don't usually buy the products, but they buy people, if the attitude stinks, I'm certainly going elsewhere but, I do feel it's the best Crusaders in the Durban area.
Quite some improvement. Must be new management or something but the staff are friendly and helpful now. Well done! They still are a bit slow though but much nicer to deal with!
Very nice place. They normally have very interesting stuff there that one might not find at other places. Finding the shop was abit difficult however as Google maps sent me to the completely wrong location several times.
Customer Service doesn't get any worst than this. Store to open at 9:00. Clients wait from 8:50 to 9:10 and are completely ignored. Thus creating a business unfriendly and unattractive environment. Staff chatting inside on phone and clapping hands. Least would be to acknowledge customers. Sadly tbat even when you get inside, the same atphosphere continues. Please train your staff on Customer Service 101, fire all or close the shop.
The usual pawn shop in the hood. It rescues people a lot when they are pressed for cash. They also sell 2nd hand goods on good prices. These days they have diversified, they have brand new products for sale especially sound equipment and multimedia. Service is good as they have staff on the floor ready to assist.
The noise level was deafening in both the retail and buying sections: dreadful electronic thump thump stuff which required the staff to yell at each other to communicate. Not good for business because i had to get out to stay sane.
Card machine didnt work, I could only draw 5k and the amount was R5250 and the manager refused to give me a discount lol, ow well saved me money and got it somewhere else cheaper. Bad salesman
The staff are friendly and assistive and the range and prices are on par with our needs and Budgeted requirements. All in all it was a pleasurable experience
