Wow! There is not much more to say, the Staff here are all absolutely amazing, everyone's friendly, quick to help you and are quick to volunteer their help! We got stuck with a damaged passport at the border, the shuttle we used drop us off here and continued on to Mozambique, but the staff at this hotel were quick to help us make arrangements to get back to Johannesburg. They also have an amazing pool and the restaurant is amazing! The food there will blow your mind! Three weeks later and I'm still dreaming about the pizza I had there. Rooms: The rooms are huge, there's Aircon and a huge shower. It does lack a bath but the bed is absolutely massive. Nearby activities: There's loads to do around white river and you're quite close to the Kruger. Safety: It's a really safe area, there's always people around and you don't really fear for your safety either. Walkability: There's walk friendly areas in the hotel complex, especially the mall area near the restaurant, there's lots of shops there. Other than that a car is needed, you can arrange shuttles as well but check shuttles independently as well, the hotel one is in the ball park but he seemed to have surcharges for the busy periods Food & drinks: The food is amazing! It is not an exaggeration when I say I'm still thinking about the food 3 weeks later, the Pizza is literally the best one I've had on earth, it's got that pizza oven smokey taste but the flavours oh my. Noteworthy details: The staff here really make the whole experience special, everyone's so quick to help. I forgot my phone charger, they charged my phone for me. I was unloading the car, they came to help me. These are just two examples of many.
Very disappointed by overall offer. The staff paid lip service but no actual actions. TV did not work Air conditioning did not work No water in room After bringing this to the attention of the front desk. We were told someone will attend to the issues in an hour. This never materialised. As such I would not recommend to stay over.
Nice hotel with quite large rooms. After a week in Kruger Park the nearby road is a bit irritating. Let's see if it calms down for the night. The small mall with shops and restaurants is nice. AwwRooms: 5/5
This is a hotel staffed by a friendly team and their efforts at making it as comfortable and hospitable as possible are evident. The beds have good quality linen and the bathroom is generous with a good shower. The pool is lovely on hot afternoons or for an early morning metabolism-boosting dip. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, sundowner cocktails, and the puddings-you-can-drink Dom pedros and boozy milkshakes at the hotel restaurant. It was a relaxing and revitalising stay.
Everything about the hotel and staff is exceptional. Our annual Supercar weekend away is held there every year end and they always make it really special for us. Beautiful hotel, rooms, restaurant and pool matched only by the staff at the hotel and Magnolia.Rooms: 5/5

My best experience at the hotel... very dedicated n honest staff to help you from the moment you step off your vehicle, beautiful and spacious bedrooms set among trees surrounded by farms with fresh crisp air in the mornings...love it n will certainly stay there again...please don't hesitate to go ...near all the tourist destinations n its safe there ...thanks you casterbrigde hollow...
Great stuff great place. However forgot a charger last month on the plug and thot it would be fwded to my office next door.Rooms: 4/5
It's a nice place, pretty and peaceful. It is next to a busy road, but when the sliding doors are closed, you won't hear the cars. Very convenient next to the lifestyle Centre. The room was not properly cleaned, some things were left in the dustbin, but I sorted that out with the hotel. Will stay here againRooms: 3/5
Our Stay was perfect, the friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed to settle in. The unique shops made for unique gifts and the car museum was very interesting too. The restaurant - Magnolia was delicious and everyone went out there way to make sure that load shedding didn't interfere with great food and serviceRooms: 5/5
