Very helpful and friendly staff!!!! It help’s alot that you guys are ready and open at 8 so before we go to work we can quickly get the thing we need for our 4 legged children thank you for that and keep up the hard work. Very well done….. i strongly recommend cat box heyper any day.

Great service, quite a big shop I wasn't expecting that. Still need to make time and visit whilst not in a rush. Well stocked with vet approved pet food, playtime stuff, beds, kennels, traveling goodies, etc.

And the best and cheapest place to get eco kitty litter my reason for going there for 2 years Because I was there this weekend Google knows that and wants a review... Unfortunately I had a bad experience when buying parrot food I recently got a parrot. I bought the 4kg tub of cat box branded gourmet food and when I got home and opened it, it was filled with little bugs. I called and talked to catbox and explained that I live 100km away and I came to do my monthly shopping spending over R1500 in their shop and now I will have to order online from someone else or make another plan for my parrot's food. They just said sorry, but they could not help me not even for example courrier me a new tub. So just be careful and check your products when leaving especially when you live far so that something like this doesn't happen to you. Good prices and friendly service, just a pain that this happened....
