Went there on 25 March 2023 in the afternoon. I was looking for iron supplements and the staff assisted me. They were so friendly and informed. I got me a tiny Okja milkie as well. The store looks clean and enough walk around space. The Okja tastes like literal oat milk, no strawberry flavour at all. I'd recommend to drink it in the morning as a filler for breakfast. Still to try the iron supplements in liquid form, so pretty excited about that. They told me that the brand I chose will work instantly and its the best brand.
Excellent health store. Wide variety of plant based products, which include oat milks and delicious True Nature plant based dahls and soups in the frozen food section. Super friendly staff.
Now that they have a restaurant area, the Wellness Warehouse is even better than before. It's quite a small branch but has just about everything the bigger ones so. Try their new salad bowls bar!
Although they stock a wide variety of goods I have found the brand knowledge of the sales staff to be very limited. This was my experience across two different locations. In the first I was told they did not stock a product that I then accidentally found on the shelf, was told they didn't have a flavourless/neutral version of the same product which the very next bag behind the first one turned out to be. I bought a nutribullet, but the staff knew very little in terms of providing any guidance they are not well trained salespeople. Very inconsistent service.
Just "heads up" -- don't bring trolley into this shop -- trolley and me went flying exiting due to rail running across entrance/exit. R200 of goods ruined -- and me at age 60 flat on my face. Most disappointing was that no one came to see how I was, help or apologise. Left in tears. Must say NORMALLY it's a great experience there, just not today.

I called ahead. They had my order ready at the counter and I was in and out in under 2min respite loadshedding.
A lovely store! Staff were amazing and decent selection of products available. I'd return. I was happy to see Farmer Angus eggs in the store at Bloublommetjieskloof yoghurt.
Number of South Africans as staff is going down, whereas foreigners are increasing, I'd like a response regarding this. Give me a reason as to why I should continue supporting your business.
