Not such a great experience. Bought an item on the web, got a call to say out of stock - that could have been indicated on the web. Then was promised to be called when the stock arrived. No call. Called to query, stock had arrived and could send a courier live far away. In looking for the address noticed that the store closes early on a Friday - no mention by the lady who confirmed that a courier could collect. BAD COMMS!

Recently bought Led Solar Street lights 120 w but received 150 w. 150 print on lamps disappointed on the brightness compared to the previous 120 w lights I bought last year. Different manufacturers unfortunately.

Bought a NVR from them, received the incorrect unit. They stated 8channel on the advert, but I was in fact supplied 4channel. They also stated on the advert that a 1tb hard drive was included, this was not the case, but they were willing to supply me a 1tb hdd free of charge, I brought this under their attention. They collected the item and refunded me no issues.

The BEST company I've ever dealt with, being a customer for more than 3 years now. I can just say that if I have a problem with anything I've purchased from CCTV Direct Mark replaced it without any issues. I'm in the Western Cape and usually received my stuff from CCTV Direct in 3 working days!

Haven't spoken to them in a while, but Mark is always willing to help and they have reasonable prices.

Affordable, excellent quality CCTV cameras, and the owners in business for quite few year's, and the products is of world quality

They mislead in their advertising-states one product and then when you get it, it is of a lower quality and specification. Then when you bring it to their attention they make up some pathetic excuse of what happened and refuse to correct their error. Shady business

Happy with the service. I had a defective camera and when I took iit back expected interrogation and a whole lot of things but they just took the camera probably tested and gave me another one. This was effecient and good service. Keep it up.

I like the colourvu cameras, the quality is great.
