Bought a Bounce watch there 08th October 2022, the watch did not keep battery life, so had to charge it sometimes up to 3 times a day. Watch did not keep time, had to keep on updating to phone. Tried phoning them, phone does not work....Took it back15th December2022 as the slip said 3 - 6 months warrenty. They told me I overcharged the battery and there is only a 1 month "walk in warrenty". This is the worst customer service ever experienced. I will not recommend anyone bying something from there. They did offer me to buy the updated phone, but wanted me to pay another R1000 ontop of previous purchase price.....Really!!!!!! DON'T BUY THERE, YOU ARE GOING TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY IF IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!

Whatever you do, do not have your phone's screen replaced here. They promise A-grade screens and only later on you'll see all the faults on the sub-grade screen quality.

Very terrible customer care and service, had a screen protector they call nylon put on my mate 40 pro for R350 and the following day it came off lose while had the phone in my pocket only to be told there is no guarantee whatsoever as I should pay again for another one. This was wasn't even mentioned before or even a notice board which stipulate their terms and conditions and was told to go and report wherever I want even the
