This is a fantastic store. I haven't experienced such a friendly and helpful group of staff in a very long time. I will be going back to Chamberlain very soon. I can recommend this store to anyone.
I recently purchased a Gentech 4KVA Invertor generator at Montana branch and the generator did not even last a week before breaking down. I took it in to the branch yesterday 18/05/2023 and was assisted by Tristen Rochat . His service delivery and assistance was exceptional to say the least. He was also the person from whom I bought the generator so needless to say he remembered me when I brought the generator in for repairs. I thought it would take weeks for the repairs to be done however I received a call from him this morning 19/05/2023 advising that the generator was repaired and it was ready for collection. I am really impressed with his service and exceptional customer service that he gave. He went beyond what was expected from him and although I have always received great service from Montana branch , I feel that the service he gave me need to be recognized. Generator is now working perfectly fine and I am a happy customer!
Service really improved and have good specials. This store is big and they have most of the things you need.
I was pleased with the quality of service received. The consultants were extremely helpful and able to provide me with the necessary information and assistance to complete my DIY project successfully.
The store is the best, except for a guy named Phillip, I just had the worst service ever today, all courtesy of Phillip, wanted to right precisely what happened and then I realised that he will waste more of my time just by writing about him
One can tell when a store is special. Lots of parking, announcer on the mic, competitions with prizes, wide range of goods with fair pricing
You can spend a day there looking at all the power tools
Excellent service and staff are super helpfull
