The place has a very big and nice playing ground for kids, the waiters have improved greatly meaning management took time to train then well. Very good atmosphere and you can watch DStv matches well and easy. I recommend this place. The food is nice and sizzling hot and fresh

Our order took more than 40 minutes and however it was not packed for them to take that long ... We had a birthday party booking but when we got there there was no setup we had to wait for them to do the setup and the party pack consisted of of only a toy and a lollipop...We had to ask for everything from the paper crowns for kids to literally everything ....

Went there for my nephews sweet 16 birthday celebration and he had the best time of his time. We really enjoyed. The place is big and neat, there's a caretaker for kids when playing, I really loved the place and the staff is friendly

Always love visiting here. Great food, service and kids area. I'm vegetarian and love that I can have any burger on the menu by just choosing a Soy burger patty!Food: 5/5

Absolute worst experience. Waited 2.5hours for our food, 20mins for our drinks and not once did a manager even attempt to come to our tables to apologise or give an explanation. The poor waiters had to deal with everyone that was unhappy and we know it was not the waiters as we witnessed them fighting with the kitchen staff for our orders. Some of the guest that was with us at the birthday party ended up cancelling their orders to go to the KFC next to it. Other paid and left without eating as everyone was getting irritated and frustrated. Tables that were seated after us got their food before us. Eventually when the food came it was overcooked. Never again.

I was there with my sister this morning and had a waiter that was very uninterested in being at work and what we wanted to order. I asked for a beer and he said they only serve them at 10, no problem I said, please bring me one at 10 then but for now I'll have a small milkshake so he said the kids one ? I said I'm not sure, the one on the poster and then he said I can't have it cos it's the kids one so I asked for the mango juice and for my beer to come when I'm allowed . I then noticed there were 2 seperate tables that had beer by this time, I only received mine at 10:25 after asking a third time. The beer wasn't the biggest issue, the attitude of our waiter was, it just seemed This guy was genuinely upset to be at work and helping us. Staff here Should really work on their manners and mannerisms

Service was very slow. But the food was warm and just amazing. The drinks were cold and well mixed. Friendly staff, very cheery too!

Waitresses need training: I ordered a milkshake and asked for a spoon, she then took the straw with her… we got the placemats about 10 minutes after receiving the drinks. The food was good and fresh. The restaurant was clean and neat.

Nice outdoor play area for kids, great kids party venue. Unfortunately we did not have great service during our visit 58 minutes later and our toasted sandwiches were still not ready . The restaurant was not busy, but maybe there was insufficient kitchen staff and service personnel on our visit. Tshidi Manager intervened but it was too late as the damage was done and we left without eating
