They have nothing in stock. They advertised pampers but they have nothing. Their customer service sucks.
My wife and I have been shopping for a twin pram. Eventually I managed to leave a message on the Chelino website as i could only find what we sought on line. To my surprise I was promptly contacted by Shaheen of Chelino. He made arrangements to chat with my wife and I at our convenience to give us more information on the products. His show of the facility and products via video call was so comprehensive and informative. We were so surprised to find such amazing dedication still in certain pockets. This guy deserves a commendation for his service. We eventually took delivery of pur item and are very happy. Thank you Shaheen. From your happy Cpt customer
Amazing service,went in because my wheel weren't working, they put new wheels and gave me a whole new interior for the pram.. excellent service
Worst experience ever! Went with my husband to look for a camp cot, after struggling to get to the show room had to find our own way around. Finally spotted a camp cot, as I was looking at it this person rudely says that's a sample! No greeting explanation nothing so I look at him at he repeats the same thing. I respond by tells him it that's a sample that means we has same at the store room he says no it's our sample only getting stock later from overseas the are more there as he points at the camp cots available when we got to the camp cots there were no price tags and still no one to assist as he carried on talking to another couple, no apologies no please wait I'll be with you as soon as I am finished no calling of help at all! We were ignored until we even left he didn't care at all, to think I nearly spent money in that store as the plan was to walk out with a camp cot! I think the guy's name is Sharih or Shahim heard the receptionist say something like that. Oh well, guess some money is better than others!!! Won't waste my time ever again.
Very happy with my extremely fast delivered and neatly packaged car seat! I'm very happy with my purchase. 10/10 would recommend
