Used to go there when it was Chippies and it was a nice pregro roll and chips. It seems as if it's taken over by stingy misery. The new pregro roll is a cheap bun from Spar with very little fish on it. Oily greasy fish and half the small portion of chips was uncooked. As if the chips were half from the day before and the rest uncooked. Horrible and expensive.wont go back to these crooks. Bunch of thieving scammers. Avoid this dump. Miss the old Chippies.

Really take my advice. The worst value for money. I had a chicken prego burger and they said with lettuce and tomato. I think there was about 3 strings of lettuce and ONE of the thinest slices of tomato I have ever seen - need some tips of how you get it that thin. Plus my roll was sooooo stale ..... And that cost R129!!!!!! Seriously, you can get a 300gram Steak and chips at Fat Harrys for the same price. I think the only reason they still operating is the fact that Bishops School is next door and the boys are hungry and will eat anything. Dont waste your money!!!

food wasn't too bad but I used a card to buy the food that I don't use very often. The same evening the card details were being used for fraudulent activity and I had to cancel the card. very weird and very suspicious.

Prego was delivered with either HAIR or basting brunch strands in it. When we called to let then know, they wouldn't send another person to collect it and replace it, they insisted that we need to bring the prego to them as 'proof'. Rather shocking considering the fact that we've been ordering from them for over 10 years. Needless to say, will not be ordering from these guys again. If 0 stars was an option, honestly that would have been more appropriate.

ordered Chourizo Burger cos lettuce & red peppers. No cos lettuce, no pepper and small cuts of sausage. Joke. wont support again.

Updating - might be a good Prego with average chips but the fact this place never answers it’s phone and when you do ask why on arrival get snide replies makes it a 1 star joint. Old - Best Prego in Cape Town but the chips can be rather average.Recommended dishesPrego Steak Roll

Hadnt been here in years and unfortunately it seems like the place is under new management. Food was overpriced, table was sticky, and the service was average.Food: 2/5

The food was good but very overpriced. 300ml coke was R19, and the chicken prego roll was nice but not worth R85 just for a piece of grilled chicken and a roll.Food: 3/5

Forgot to send my coldrink with Mr D, when I phoned them, they took no responsibility, just said I must sort the issue out with Mr D. Steakroll dry - not worth the R109.00 for steak roll only. Ordered exra cheech that came in glad wrap, not even on the burger
