CHoiCe Trust aims to support the rural communities in Mopani District, Limpopo Province, South Africa by addressing health and social concerns.
Through the 2 programmes of CHoiCe Trust - Outreach, and Training and Development - the staff of the organisation are positively impacting on the lives of children, patients, family members, caregivers and farm workers.
The Outreach Programme provides the following services:
- Orphans and Vulnerable Children Project
- Palliative Care Project
- HIV Counselling and Testing services
- Home-Based Care Mentoring support
- Farms Project
Through the Training and Development Programme, CHoiCe is able to provide both accredited and non-accredited health trainings to caregivers as well as community members. Some trainings include HIV, AIDS and STIs; Tuberculosis; Home Care; and Palliative Care.
