Use this company at your own risk. I was happy that Libuseng helped to get a client to buy my house...Yes, selling a house is a lengthy process and daunting. She added by making the experience bitter. I'm happy the sale ended yesterday even thou the pain of what I've experienced still boils me. She never gave an update. I would make followups with the lawyers. She seemed nice and active at 1st, once the OTP was signed, she remained quite with the i-don't-care-attitude. I am disappointed at her level of customer service especially after we discussed my preference and expectations in our 1st meeting. I didn't appreciate her efforts. I expected her to: 1 make followups, 2 keep me updated, 3 explain the process without me 'forcing' it out.

The Become A Property Guru intensive course was a truly great experience, Mr Yusuf Essa provided us with a great insight in the Real Estate world. The staff were very friendly and this experience has taught me a lot and inspired me to go into the Real Estate market

This agency is the worst of the worst! they never assist anyone with the matters but I will be using my lawyer with the issues i am having. I have requested for them to come remove the carpet and fix my light switch. Beth has been telling me she is busy and has a lot to do I never give my clients such useless excuse, you in that position because you informed your manager that you are capable to do your job. I have given them my letter from my doctor yet she informed me that I must resend it because she has lost it. No one should use Choprop.

Crooks, they don't reveal all the information when they sell products. They told me that I wont pay water until they fix meters but when I settled in things changed. Now they don't want to give me the I paid for KEYS and Electricity deposit. When you complain on their staff they promise to serve you with a notice.

Guys as a former tenant, i strongly advise you to not be in business with this company, they will drag you along for your deposits and you will eventually need a lawyer. please , please be warned to not get in business with these people.

This is the second property agency to disappoint me. I was shown 2 very ideal properties that were the same rental price a little more than I budgeted for, the one I preferred more than the other. The next day today I was told they were sold and the new owners want much more for rent. This was my second and third disappointment all at the same time. I incurred financial costs that could have been avoided had they been up to date with the properties they advertise.
