There's a guy there named Zander, I tell you. He is the epitome of excellent service. From the time when I called him, fetching the trailerhe even guided me on how to drive with a trailer on,‍okay it was my 1st time alright. Even when I had to bring it back, I had to ask him if I could drop it off on a holiday, though our initial arrangement was for the following working day, he didn't have an issue. Very reasonable rental fees too. Okay He is good. 10/10 easy

GREAT SERVICE! I´ve ordered a trailer from Chrisna Trailers on 28/07/21. I collected the finished trailer on 11/08/21. Zander informed me on a nearly daily base on the progress of the build and even send me pictures via What´s App. All papers where there when I collected the trailer and registration was a breath. I recommend CHRISNA TRAILERS to everyone who is looking for a new trailer, or repairs or rental - great service throughout!

Phoned in on Friday to enquire about a trailer in order to transport a vehicle. At first the man who answered the phone was not friendly at all however I continued to enquire. He asked me how long I would be with the trailer, confirmed we will collect in the morning and then return no more than 3 hours later. He quoted R400.00. I said that I would only be able to confirm the booking tomorrow. Phoned in the morning again still as unfriendly as the day before informed him that if the trailer is still available that we will collect it. When we got there the price changed to R550.00, making me out to be a liar. With no business manner his words where leave it I have lots of other people interested in the trailer. I am not so bother about the price being R550.00 however to change your rate once a client gets there is bad business practice. On a matter of principal we rented the exact same trailer for the same rate 5 minutes later dealing with staff who where 1000 times friendlier. REPLY! Your reply has really made me laugh! No we did not say that we will be going to Lydenburg I said that we have to collect our vehicle on the UitkykRoad in Nelspruit and take it to Mahindra. So a friendly and helpful company Lowveld Trailers assisted us and yes to took just under 3 hours to collect and return their trailer. You manner in response clearly confirms your bad business practice and manner!

Outstanding service and affordable! I phoned Zander out of hours with an urgent need for a car trailer, he came down especially to open up and even helped me hook up the trailer and pull it out the yard. Can highly recommend!

Calling her a Liar, very good business etiquette. I was next to her, her exact words where 10 - 15 minutes from town however it should not take more than 3 hours. You are a liar giving clients incorrect quotes! Why did you not say that when she collected the trailer try to clarify the situation and assist a client? Surly you could have confirmed the requirements before treating her in that manner.
