worst service I have seen in a long time... picture this am in a queue and the cashier doesn't say anything to me standing for more than 5 minutes and the next thing the staff just pass through to the cashier with baskets full of stock and they are immediately helped on a till which is supposedly for perishables as they advised when I asked what's going on what a load of b***KS... it's about time some of the staff there respect customers...
The lines are too long in there shop. And tellers are working slow..and i always find a none working or a closed till while customers feet are in pain of standing up the whole day..big problem is there is only one shoprite in kuruman that is very bad
Had a very good experience there. I got all tha I needed at a fair price. Keep it up shoprite. What a lovely diverse environment you have there.
