Cinnabon Waterfront

My family enjoyed themselves, however mine was a bit "doughy" almost like it was rushed out the oven. But ill still go again, i love Cinnabon!

We got their Black Friday special of buy one get one free Bonbites, they okay a bit on a stale side but just figured because of the special , and also got a shake it was good.

Please train your staff not to taste what is in what ever container using the small stainless cup used in your espresso machine. After tasting he just places it back in the espresso machine non chalant and continues to make our coffe using the very same cup he just used to taste with. Hygiene seems not to have a very high priority at your shop.

Before the lockdown, their goods were good, but today my bon bites were packed upside down and tasted hard and stale. Very disappointed.

11am 14feb 2022. After ordering I put my cash on the counter. The lady looked at it and proceeded to make the drinks. Afterwards she said it's card only. I only had cash and turned to my husband to ask him what to do. She started snapping at me and said "hey hey" in my face. Drinks was fine.

I really like cinnabon, the staff is always friendly and I dont want to bad mouth the business but half the time their products particularly at this branch are always either stale or the milk is just off, the last box I got smelt expired the moment I opened the box. Some quality control would be nice.

Worst experience ever!!! Firstly waited longer than 30 minutes for 2 pecan cinnabons and a caramel peacan center of the roll . When we finally got it they forgot to give the caramel peacan center of the roll luckily i checked before leaving. The pecan cinnobons were under baked and the caramel peacan center of the roll had ZERO frosting and caramel sauce. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Useless!! The service is BAD. We were the only order and it took 25min to make 2 Chillattas!

It was 15 minutes before closing time. The cleaning lady also at the same time the "Cashier" was mopping the floor and when I ordered served me without wearing gloves or washing her hands.

Purchases cinnabon in Bloemfontein today 9th December 2021. Service was underrated unfriendly.The buns where hard and stale even after I warmed it.So disappointed paid such money for what....a waste .
