Several years ago took my Ice white diamond engagement ring to have the claws checked. When I got it back they had repaired it by wrapping wire around! Refused to accept it, so second attempt and when I got it back they had swapped it for a cheap commercial Diamond at a quarter of the value. Absolute bunch of thieving criminals!!!
