They finally have electricity backup but can't get the speedpoint to work. So you queue is the always long queue only to be told "...the speedpoint is offline. Produce cash or leave the items and come back when you have cash..." For a store/brand of this size to be struggling with minute things that neighbouring stores in the mall don't struggle with is disappointing.
Horrible service, ticket system does not work because the numerical order is not followed. Waiting in line for 40 minutes just so other people that came later be helped first. Staff is not very friendly. Disappointing customer service
40 min to get a preciresscription of 5 diffrent medicine. And I'm not talking about the queue time just the time they help me
The queues at both the pay points and the dispensary are always very long. The dispensary is simply unable to manage a prescription for chronic medicine; every month had a different issue. They are also not open during load shedding, unlike the other pharmacy in this mall.
Horrible experience, wasted time trying to get help, would not recommend to anyone that just wants to get medicine, bad service, no help, waited almost 30min just to recieve prescription package while others were helped. Utterly disappointed and do not want anyone to go through that , unacceptable.
Will never recomend anyone to go there... Bad service and very rude employees.
Staff are friendly. Great service. Definitely wont be disappointed
Normaly when you phone Clicks and you have been transfer to the pharmacy, your call get answered quickly. But now day's the phone is ringing at the pharmacy department and nobody answer it.
Waited way too long to be assisted.
The teller was so nice. The shelves neat and shop very clean.
