I always get a clean and neat shop. From the entrance the security is friendly, you get welcomed by smiling and helpful floor attendants, you finally go to check out were you don't guess which cashier is calling you. Their greeting, products knowledge, reminders about promotions and they top up your shopping with goodbye smile. I like Clicks moments. 5
I went to the store today around 11 the cashier was so rude to me. I’m a regular customer I buy my cosmetics there every month but what I experienced today was just something else. I asked that guy an innocent question “ how Much it cost “ because it wasn’t showing on the till but the guy decided to be rude. I forgot to check his namebut he must learn how to be kind
Its very clean, the friendly staff in the store but they bring us students in the dispensary..very slow,not knowing the work on busy days..we dont have to sit at a pharmacy like ur in a public hospital.we knw they must do their practicals..but not on the busy days please those student dnt knw their wrk yet.mr tshabalala is the best in that dispensary.
Got vaccinated there and the nurse was so rude. when I told her that I felt she was being rude,she said I’m just a kid and she’s old. So she took advantage because I’m young.
What a nice and clean retail store, apperantly the store is still new, wasn't surprise coz the pharmacy is not operational yet, good place though

Alot of things are not sold and are out of stock that the one from festival mall
