Sorry, but if Clicks offers a pre-packing service for chronic meds, how come I do not get the reminders and have to keep asking and checking? Also, why have a phone line if the dispensary does not answer their telephone? "But the queues are long" is not an excuse. No Clicks Riverside Boulevard, you can do better.

I always get the same medicine each month. But I never get a message to come collect and 90% of the time when I come each month the medicine has not been made up. Often, there is medicine missing and I usually need to check everything myself even though everything is on the prescription. I tried to call the number on Google, but it never works. Really not good.

Rudest shop assistants I've ever experienced. When I smiled and greeted they just looked at me. Not one person working there helped us. Horrible customer service.

This store is really horribly cramped. The shelves is soooo close together there is hardly room to move around with tour trolley, its even worse if there is another customer. The store is way to small for everything they sell in there, there os really not enough space and I bump into shelves and people the whole time. This was not a nice experience

Terrible and unorganised service. Appointments made and confirmed for Covid-19 vaccinations for both myself and my wife. Arrive 30 minutes early to complete the forms. To be told our appointments are delayed because of an extended Zoom meeting.  Then when done no appointment is honoured as they have to do clinic duty otherwise the they will not make target. I.e profit before service. Terrible. The nurse on duty can’t complain for doing two jobs booked at the same time. Get more Staff or don’t offer a service you can’t provide!!!!

Friendly Pharmacists, good advice

Not very happy with this Clicks anymore. Always low on stock, can never find what you are looking for. Some of the pharmacists have real bad manners, more concerned about their lunch break than to help the customer that is in front of them.

This is the best Clicks Pharmacy you will ever go to. The two pharmacists who helped me on separate occasions, Mahlats and Taku I think, were friendly, efficient and beyond helpful. They helped me much more than the service merely expected from them, and exceeded the mundane service one ordinarily receives from one's local Clicks.

Never had any problems at this shop. One of the pharmacists helped me with getting the correct eyedrops. She was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name.

Horrible service from clinic. My wellness check was never submitted to my medical aid a week later!!
